  It amazes me these people are in business to sell real estate, because my experience with them extremely proves otherwise. Aside from the fact that their website lacks high-resolution photos (this is 2010, right?) and the descriptions are barely that, I called this company to ask a few questions about a house for sale. I was transferred to an agent to ask questions about the house. They were typical questions I would imagine people would want to know about a house, such as what type of heat it has, if it had a porch, when the house was built, and the sq. footage. Without receiving a for sure answer about any of it, I asked to come look at the house. We made an appointment, and it just so happens the house I was interested in is ~300 yards from the real estate office. The real estate agent never showed up, as I waited 35 minutes. Their office was closed, I called the agent's cell phone, who ignored my call the first 3 times, then let it go to voicemail the 4th. With that said, it's obvious the only reason this company is in business is lack of competition. I am sorry I wasted my time in dealing with them.
